Agreeing to these terms

netted is run by Encore ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using netted, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use netted.

Who can use netted

You need to be at least 18, or the age of adulthood where you live, to buy netted Pro. If you're younger, a parent or guardian has to agree to these terms for you.

Your account

Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else got in, change your password and email [email protected].

The free plan, the trial and netted Pro

• Free: up to 25 sales logged a month and 50 unsold inventory items, plus the profit card, tax estimate, quarterly reminders, expenses and fee estimates.
• Free trial: every new account gets netted Pro free for 7 days. No card is needed, and it ends on its own.
• netted Pro: $5.99 a month or $47.99 a year (US dollars, plus any sales tax). Stripe handles payments.
• Renewal: Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and the card on file is charged, until you cancel.
• Canceling: go to Account, then Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. See our Refund Policy.
• Price changes: if the price goes up, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you want.
• Back to free: if Pro ends, your data stays. You just can't go past the free limits or use Pro features until you subscribe again.

Estimates, not tax advice

netted shows estimates of your profit, platform fees, mileage deductions and taxes to help you plan. They can be wrong or incomplete, and tax rules change. netted isn't a tax, legal or financial advisor. You're responsible for your own tax filings and payments, so check important numbers with a tax professional.

Your data

Everything you add to netted (sales, items, expenses, photos and the rest) stays yours. You give us permission to store it and process it only to run netted for you. Please only upload content you have the right to use, and nothing illegal.

Using netted fairly

• Don't try to break into netted, other people's accounts or our systems.
• Don't try to get around the free plan limits or the payment system.
• Don't use netted for anything illegal, or to overload or harm the service.

If someone breaks these rules, we may suspend or close their account.

Other companies

netted isn't made by, or affiliated with, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Vinted or Facebook. Their names are used only to describe where you sell. netted relies on outside services like Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare and Google, and they have their own terms.

Changes to netted

We're always improving netted, so features may change. We'll try to give notice before removing anything important that Pro members pay for. You can stop using netted at any time, and we may close accounts that break these terms.

No guarantees

netted is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or right for your situation. Keep your own records too. You can download yours anytime from Reports.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits, tax penalties or lost data. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. If there's a problem, please email us first, since most things can be sorted out quickly.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email. If you keep using netted after a change, you're agreeing to the new terms.
